1950 – 2025

Dear Clients and Friends –

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of John Nikoloff, our esteemed President and cherished friend. In this moment of reflection, we are reminded of the profound humanity that binds us all—a quality John embodied with unwavering grace throughout his life.

While many of us came to know John through the work we shared, it’s equally important to recognize the many other facets that made up the man. John grew up in Steelton, Pennsylvania, a town that shaped his values and character. His education was a testament to his curiosity and drive. John earned degrees from both Lebanon Valley College and Dickinson College, where he was an active member of his fraternity and the alumni association. Earlier in his life, he also attended the United States Air Force Academy, an experience that deeply influenced his perspective and discipline.

John’s love for sports extended to his lifelong passion for Penn State Football, and he found joy in both the camaraderie of game days and the spirit of competition. He was a devoted father and grandfather, roles he cherished most deeply. Beyond his family, John was a loyal friend and a steadfast supporter of community and cultural organizations. His involvement with the Der Manechor Club in Harrisburg and the Friends of Saint Patrick highlighted his commitment to preserving traditions and fostering connections.

We are committed to honoring John’s legacy by continuing the work he was so passionate about, ensuring our clients remain at the center of everything we do. To that end, we are making every effort to speak with each of you personally. If we have not yet connected, please know we will be reaching out in the coming days.

Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time. John’s legacy lives on in the relationships he cultivated and the positive change he inspired. Let us honor his memory by carrying forward the kindness, dedication, and humanity he exemplified.

Sincerely,

Brendan, Nick, and Nicole – Partners
