Senior Associate | Philadelphia Office Lead
Asa Saidman serves as Senior Associate and Philadelphia Office Lead for ERG Partners, bringing a strong background in government relations, economic development, and client engagement. Based in the Philadelphia region, Asa plays a key role in expanding the firm’s presence in Eastern Pennsylvania while supporting clients across a range of sectors with legislative strategy, stakeholder engagement, and funding pursuits.
Asa began his career in government affairs with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, where he served as Assistant Vice President of Government Relations. In that role, he worked closely with public officials, business leaders, and community stakeholders to advance policy initiatives and drive regional economic growth. He later joined one of the larger government affairs firms in Pennsylvania, where he contributed to securing more than $20 million in state grant funding for clients, supporting infrastructure, economic development, and community-based projects. This experience further strengthened his expertise in navigating complex government processes and delivering tangible outcomes.
Expanding his professional experience beyond traditional government affairs, Asa served as Project Manager at Goldin Auctions, working alongside industry leader Ken Goldin. In this role, he managed high-value client relationships, facilitated engagement with VIP clients, and supported revenue growth for one of the premier brands in the global sports and memorabilia market. This experience sharpened his skills in client service, business development, and strategic relationship management—capabilities that translate directly into his work with ERG Partners’ clients.
Despite time spent in the private sector, Asa has remained deeply connected to state and local politics and public policy. At ERG Partners, he leverages this diverse background to help clients navigate the intersection of business and government, develop effective advocacy strategies, and identify opportunities to advance their priorities.
